A MAN ABOUT BUSINESS
Professor
Currently an in person Community Embedded Faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University located in Richmond, Virginia and a virtual Adjunct Faculty member at Bethel University. Using his knowledge and experience to guide future counselors and social workers in their endeavors.
Speaker
A frequent public speaker highlighting and addressing the need for counseling in those who are marginalized, specifically African American men. The Tatted Professor has been featured in various newspapers for his work with Rush Community Group and speaking at various Universities like Hampton, Northwestern, and Baylor.
Mentor
A mentor in Partnership for the Future, VCU MSW program, and an advisor in his fraternity Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Incorporated. Corey is also starting his own two mentoring organizations LIVE 2 LEARN, an organization for adult males who still feel unprepared for life and looking for community. And DARE 2 DREAM, an organization for young male adults.
Student
Education didnt stop for The Tatted Professor at his bachelors or masters, he is currently pursuing his doctorate degree hybrid at Sacred Heart University. His dissertation focuses on research on the relationship between an ACE score of 3 or higher and annual preventative health screenings.

Brand Ambassador
A new ambassador for locally owned brand "Kings & Kinfolks Apparel Company", Corey will be launching his own brand late 2025 featuring his sayings "Get Yo A$$ In Therapy and Be Unlimited". Stay on the lookout for more brand work with The Tatted Professor.
